Sub-Processor List

Epic Software Labs Ltd ("TitanCard") uses the following third-party sub-processors to assist in providing our Services. Each sub-processor has been assessed for adequate data protection measures and is bound by contractual obligations consistent with our Data Processing Agreement.
Where sub-processors are located outside the United Kingdom, appropriate safeguards are in place as described in Section 9 of our DPA, including the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (UK IDTA) and EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where applicable.

Changes to Sub-Processors
In accordance with our Data Processing Agreement, we will update this page when sub-processors are added, removed, or replaced. Controllers will be given the opportunity to object to any changes.
