Turn card views into valuable connections with TitanCard's lead capture feature. Collect contact information from interested viewers and follow up effectively.

How Lead Capture Works

When enabled, viewers can optionally share their contact information with you before or after viewing your card. This creates a two-way exchange instead of one-sided sharing.

Setting Up Lead Capture

Enable the Feature

Go to Card Settings and toggle on Lead Capture.

Customize the Form

Choose which fields to collect: name, email, phone, company, notes.

Set the Timing

Choose when the form appears - before viewing, after viewing, or as a floating button.

Keep your lead capture form short. Name and email are usually enough - you can get more details in your follow-up.

Managing Leads

All captured leads appear in your TitanCard dashboard. From there you can:

  • View contact details and submission time
  • Add notes about your interaction
  • Export leads to CSV
  • Integrate with your CRM

CRM Integrations

Connect TitanCard to your existing CRM to automatically sync captured leads:

  • Salesforce
  • HubSpot
  • Pipedrive
  • Zoho CRM
  • Custom webhooks for any system

Lead capture is available on Pro and Team plans. CRM integrations require Team plan.
