Connect your Eventbrite account to TitanCard and import event attendees directly into your connections. Perfect for event organizers who want to build lasting relationships with their attendees.

Connecting Eventbrite

Open Integrations

Go to Dashboard > Settings > Integrations > Events.

Click Connect Eventbrite

Click the Eventbrite card to start the OAuth connection.

Authorize Access

Log into Eventbrite and authorize TitanCard to access your events.

Connection Complete

You'll be redirected back to TitanCard with your account connected.

TitanCard only requests read access to your events and attendees. We never make changes to your Eventbrite account.

Importing Attendees

Once connected, you can import attendees from any of your Eventbrite events.

View Your Events

In the Eventbrite integration panel, you'll see a list of your events.

Select an Event

Click on the event you want to import attendees from.

Preview Attendees

Review the attendee list before importing.

Import Connections

Click 'Import All' or select specific attendees to import.

Auto-Tagging

Imported attendees are automatically tagged with the event name.

What Gets Imported

For each attendee, TitanCard imports the following information:

Full name
Email address
Company and job title (if provided)
Event name as a tag
Ticket type and order date
Custom questions from your event form

Duplicate Handling

TitanCard automatically detects if an attendee already exists in your connections based on email address. You can choose to:

Skip duplicates - Don't import existing contacts
Update existing - Add the new event tag to existing contacts
Create new - Always create a new connection (not recommended)

Automatic Sync

Enable automatic sync to import new attendees as they register for your events.

New registrations imported within 1 hour
Cancellations do not remove connections
Sync status visible in integration settings
Disable anytime without losing imported data

Troubleshooting

Events not showing - Only events you organize appear, not events you attend
Import failing - Check that attendees have valid email addresses
Missing attendees - Only confirmed (not pending) attendees are imported
