How It Works

TitanCard generates custom virtual backgrounds that include your QR code in a subtle, professional placement. Use them in Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or any video conferencing app that supports virtual backgrounds.

Generating Your Background

Navigate to Backgrounds

Go to Dashboard > Cards > [Your Card] > Background.

Choose a Template

Select from professional background templates - office, gradient, minimal, or branded.

Customize Placement

Choose where your QR code appears - bottom left, bottom right, or top right corner.

Download

Download the image in your preferred resolution (1920x1080 for HD, 3840x2160 for 4K).

Position the QR code on the opposite side of where you typically appear on camera for best visibility.

Setting Up in Video Apps

Zoom

Open Settings

Click your profile picture > Settings.

Go to Backgrounds

Select 'Background & Effects' from the sidebar.

Add Image

Click the + icon and upload your TitanCard background.

Select Background

Click on your background to apply it.

Google Meet

Join or Start a Meeting

Open Google Meet and enter a meeting.

Click More Options

Click the three dots menu at the bottom.

Apply Visual Effects

Select 'Apply visual effects' and click 'Add' to upload.

Microsoft Teams

Join a Meeting

Start or join a Teams meeting.

Open Background Settings

Click the three dots > 'Apply background effects'.

Add New

Click 'Add new' and select your TitanCard background.

Best Practices

Use high contrast between QR code and background
Test visibility at different screen sizes
Ensure QR code isn't covered by meeting UI elements
Keep background professional and uncluttered
Consider your typical camera position when placing QR
