How Enrichment Works

When you add a new connection, TitanCard can automatically look up additional information based on their email address or name + company combination.

Email-based lookup for highest accuracy
Name + company fallback when email unavailable
Data sourced from Apollo.io's B2B database
Results appear within seconds

Enriched Data Fields

Enrichment can fill in the following fields when available:

Full name and photo
Job title and department
Company name, size, and industry
Company website and social profiles
Phone numbers (direct and company)
LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social profiles
Company funding and revenue data

Not all fields are available for every contact. Coverage varies based on how much public data exists.

Enrichment Credits

Enrichment uses a credit system to manage usage:

Each successful enrichment uses 1 credit
Failed lookups (no data found) don't use credits
Pro plans include 100 credits/month
Team plans include 500 credits/month
Additional credits available for purchase

Enabling Enrichment

Open Settings

Go to Dashboard > Settings > Integrations.

Find Contact Enrichment

Locate the Contact Enrichment section.

Enable Auto-Enrichment

Toggle on 'Automatically enrich new connections'.

Set Preferences

Choose which fields to auto-fill and when to prompt for confirmation.

Manual Enrichment

You can also enrich individual contacts manually:

Open Connection

Click on any connection to open their detail view.

Click Enrich

Click the 'Enrich Profile' button in the actions menu.

Review Results

Preview the enriched data before saving.

Accept or Edit

Accept the enriched data or make edits before saving.

Bulk Enrichment

Enrich multiple contacts at once using bulk actions:

Select Contacts

Use checkboxes to select contacts in your Connections list.

Click Bulk Actions

Open the bulk actions menu at the top.

Choose Enrich

Select 'Enrich Selected' from the menu.

Confirm

Confirm the number of credits that will be used.

Use filters to find contacts with missing data, then bulk enrich them all at once.

Credit Management

Monitor and manage your enrichment credits:

View current balance in Settings > Integrations
Usage history shows when and for whom credits were used
Low balance alerts at 20% remaining
Auto-refill option to purchase credits automatically

Purchasing Credits

Additional enrichment credits can be purchased as needed:

100 credits - Included with Pro plan monthly
250 credits - Pay per use at metered rate
500 credits - Included with Team plan monthly
Custom packages available for Enterprise

Data Quality

Apollo.io maintains high data accuracy through regular updates and verification. However, some data may be outdated if the contact recently changed jobs.

Enriched data is marked with a timestamp so you know when it was last updated.

Data is sourced from publicly available information
Compliant with GDPR for EU contacts
No personal data is sold or shared
Contacts can request data removal
